What does the license include?

NChart3D Pro license includes one year of free email support and one year of maintenance upgrades. That means you can upgrade to any version released during the year since the date of purchase. NChart3D Standard license includes 3 months of free email support and maintenance upgrades. The license can be renewed with a 30% discount.

What payment options are available?

All orders are processed by our partner FastSpring. You can pay via: PayPal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), check, purchase order or direct wire transfer.

How long is my license valid?

Both NChart3D & NGrid are licensed via a perpetual license for the version purchased, with no annual or recurring fees required.

How many licenses should I purchase for my company?

You should purchase a license for each developer working on your project containing NChart3D or NGrid. A single license applies only to a single developer or contractor.
